Meaningful work in a small, caring home

At Faith Care Residential, your work helps someone feel safe, respected, and supported in their own home. We are always glad to hear from compassionate people who want to make a difference.

Why Faith Care

Why work with us

A small-team setting

With no more than five residents, you get to know people well and see the difference your support makes.

Training and growth

Every team member receives the pre-service and ongoing training Oregon requires, with room to grow your skills.

Purpose every day

Help residents build skills, reach goals, and enjoy everyday moments in a respectful, home-like setting.

A respectful team

We value clear communication, teamwork, and treating colleagues with the same respect we show residents.

Opportunities

Roles in our home

We are not advertising specific open positions at this time. We welcome expressions of interest for future opportunities in the roles described below.

Direct care opportunities

Direct care staff support residents with daily routines, meals, medication assistance (after required training), skill-building, community outings, and household tasks. Shifts cover days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, since the home is staffed around the clock.

Administrator opportunities

The administrator oversees daily operations, staff training and supervision, regulatory compliance, resident records, and coordination with referral partners. Oregon rules set experience requirements for this role and require the administrator to be available at the home at least 20 hours each week.

What we expect

  • Pass an Oregon Health Authority–approved background check before working with residents
  • Complete pre-service training before working alone, and annual ongoing training
  • Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire

  • Bring patience, reliability, and a genuine respect for people
